Cayuga Lake out of Long Point 5/21
Guided Ryan and Jay for what wound up being a long 1/2 day. Started at 8 am with Ryan nabbing a 27″ laker on his first drop with the jig! That was great, but then we didn’t have another hit for hours later. Eventually Jay picked up a nice wild fish around 23″. Bite was a lot tougher than yesterday – mix the slow bite in with 14 to 20 mph south winds and it was difficult fishing and boat control. Same deal as yesterday with depths – we had that first fish around 80′ and the second in around 120′ to 130′. Looks like most of the rain tonight will miss us. We’ll see.
