Cayuga Lake out of Myers 8/11
Guided Mark I. for a full day starting around 6:30 am. The fish were in a bit of an “off-mood” today for us. We tried a bunch of areas and Mark wound up catching 4 fish, including a 21″ salmon and a 31+1/2″ lake trout. He also caught a couple other lakers. A lot of hits were had, many that were short. Good day but not nearly as hot a bite as the past week. It was likely just today’s weather conditions, plus we worked some more offbeat areas in hopes of connecting with some non-lakers.
