Cayuga Lake out of Myers Park 8/11 AM

Guided Mark I. and his wife Jane for a 1/2-day trip starting just after 7 am.  What's there to say?  The bite was top-notch today with action pretty much from start to finish.  The bite slowed a bit around 10 am, but we still were getting good numbers of hits. We started things off with a nice brown.  Plenty of lakers came afterwards with fish running to around 28.5".  We had a double as well.  Some rainbows or salmon were likely hooked momentarily too.  Best colors were limetreuse, white/chart. tail, white and alewife.  Fish are still looking great and feeding heavily in anticipation of the spawn which usually gets underway in early-October.
