Finished up a solid run of trips today with Troy and his son Connor. We had another good day on the water with a fairly steady bite throughout the trip. Boat traffic/angling pressure was very light today. It was the first day of school for local children. We had a fair number of tail grabs today, especially later in the trip, but overall the bite was solid. We had solid double-digit hookups and 8 nice lakers landed - no dinks in the mix today! No action on any silver fish today but I'm sure we had a hold of some during the day. Plenty of fish are available throughout the mid-to-lower lake. Plenty of colors also worked today. Fun day and the weather was incredible!

Connor is 6' 6", but this big lake trout still looks nice juxtaposed to him!
