Couldn't get anything doing on Seneca today fishing from a couple areas on the west shore. Easterly winds didn't help. I did get a water temp - 39 degrees. I gave it just over 2 hours then called it a day. My areas were pretty small, so more fishing probably wouldn't have helped. Water level is low. The Watkins Glen (Seneca Marine Bar and Grill) launch is open.
