Cayuga Lake out of Myers Park 9/19 AM

Reports

Guided Jack along with his friends Tony and Tam for a 1/2-day trip getting underway around 8:45 am.  Nobody else had launched out of Myers and no other trailers were in the lot when we wound up our trip.  We had a fairly strong west-northwest wind blowing throughout the day.  Fishing was good.  We got into some fish right off of the bat and then had a fair, albeit steady bite which eventually waned into a slow bite, although we had hits the entire trip.  Everyone caught some nice fish – we wound up with a half-dozen good lakers and one rainbow.  Most trout ranged 27″ to 30″.  Jack has a knack for catching rainbow trout – one year he caught a monster with me, today his black Shaker resulted in a hard fighting, jumping 24″ wild beauty that we released unharmed.  The guys kept three of the lakers today.

Tony with a good grip on this keeper!
